Once again I come to you ladies for some advise.. Any tips on how to grow your nails?? Preferably for a nail biter??

Keep them painted. That's how I grew mine out and I've bitten them all my life and I'm 23. I've had long nails since December and still have them.

My recovery of nail biting was not an easy process. When I stopped biting my nails, I would bite the skin around my nails. I'm still working on that, unfortunately. My best advice is to always keep your nails painted. I found that I was less likely to bite my nails if it involved ruining my manicure. And every time you want to bite them, use a gentle glass nail file instead.

Chop a garlic into small pieces put it in a clear nail polish and after a week use it. That way the garlic sets in the polish. It will help grow them out and you won't bite your nails because of the smell and taste.
