What would you say is a good age for young girls to start wearing makeup?

It's really up to what the wearer is comfortable with. When I was 13 I would wear eyeliner, mascara, and concealer. Now at 16 I wear a full face because it makes me happy. I don't see the big deal about what's on someone's face if they like it and if it's okay with their parents.
