My extensions are Splotchy. Help?

Hey guys I bought clip in light blonde extensions about a month ago and I wear them frequently and I was them as directed but I have noticed they have red colored splotches on them! Could it be my hairspray? Any suggestions?

Maybe you wash them too much or its the hair products.
