First off, pretty! You have great eyes..I would grab mascara from jordana which they sell there it's the Extreme volumizing lash mascara then I would buy a foundation from either Milani or revlon.Concealer from either and face primer from NYC.

Be sure to get a creme/gel liner! They're SO MUCH EASIER than liquid eyeliners. Maybellines is good, comes with a brush.

Nyc also has some great highlighters and blush the same goes for Milani, but don't rush to get everything take your time with makeup.It's all about your comfort zone for your face.

Color tattoos were extremely hard to apply, but cream eyeshadow is a good idea. Ulta's double wear liquid eyeshadow is super easy.
