Try the Anastasia brow pencil. I think there's 4 different shades. I'm sure you'll find one that suits you! :)

I suggest the elf palette if you're on a budget (in light). I used the essence pencil (and maybe I got a bad one, but it was so hard to get the color onto my brows), I also had the color icon one from wet n wild (it was very creamy and smooth, but I got dark brown which wasn't a good match) then I got the elf kit and it's actually really great. It gives your eyebrows a natural look. Hope that helps :)

Mac omega! And Annabelle cosmetics has an eyebrow pencil in blond, just do that and go over with a bit of omega or a similar shade (tease from the naked 2 pallette works well also, any sorta light ashy kinda brown works.). You can get Annabelle at Walmart and most drugstores I believe. And omega is a Mac eyeshadow, but there's plenty of cheaper dupes.
