Take a block buffer (one of the white ones) and lightly buff your wookie whole nail it will take of the yellow layer.

Go to sallys get a nail whitener and then never go polish without base coat ever again , good base coat like china glaze or opi or orly

Soak your nails in lukewarm water with half lemon juice for 15-20 mins. and buffer it lightly repeat this process everytime you change your nail polish. yellow shade will disappear slowly.
