DON't like your waterline with dark black eyeliner... Instead line it with a white or champagne colored liner and it will make the whites of your eyes appear larger. Also, if you wear eyeliner on your eyelid then I would start the liner a little bit past your inner corner because then it won't close your eyes off. Good luck, xo.

Tight line with a pencil that is close to your eyelash color it will thicken your lash line and open your eyes.

White eyeshadow on your brow bone and tear duct brighten and add structure to your eye and gold, brown, purple, burgandy, and blue look FANTASTIC with blue eyes;)

I always use liquid liner on my top lid and give it a circular shape around the top. And I use crayon for my bottom waterline starting at the outer corner and stopping halfway rather than following through to the inner corner. Sometimes a good highlight of your inner corner with white eyeliner will help a lot especially when you have on eyeshadow. Hope this helps!! :)

Use white eyeliner on your waterline but then if you still like to wear eyeliner on the bottom then do so but just underneath or half way in! they use any light/nude/white eye shadow and just go round the outer edge of the inside of your eye, have a good mascara that doesn't make your lashes droop down but actually curl up and they will appear bigger :-)

Line your lower line with a white eyeliner. Them line your top line with an black/brown eyeliner. This will make your eyes become bigger. Also remember the mascara. :)
