I have this huge zit on my chin. It's the mother of all blemishes, this thing is gross. It's fire truck red, it's in IMAX 3-D and product resistant. Any pimple miracle cures out there?

Ouch! Sounds painful! Have you tried Tea Tree oil or just plain old tooth paste to dry it out?

Don't use toothpaste! It dries out your skin like crazy, and has tons of chemicals that are great for teeth but not good for skin. The aspirin paste works, or else use something that has salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it.
