The palette is NYX Champagne and Caviar. Blush: NYX Taupe, but I use it for contouring my super-pale skin rather than blush. Lipstick: Revlon in Mink. Eyeliner: Rimmel Exaggerate in Sable. Eyeshadow singles: NYX Golden Dune, and Tryst (for contouring the bridge of my nose). Under-eye concealer: Rimmel in Fair/Light. Powder: Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in Classic Ivory.

@Absyde: For my cheeks, I use a kabuki brush. Not sure if that's the best kind of brush for contouring but hey, it works for me. :-P I smile with my mouth closed to make my cheeks more prominent, and then I brush the contouring blush just underneath my cheeks as if I was brushing a shadow onto my face, sweeping back to my hairline, staying underneath my cheekbones the whole time.
For the bridge of my nose, I just use my fingers because I have so much more control. When contouring a small area, control is essential! I start at the inner edge of my eyebrow and sweep the powder down to the side of the bridge of my nose, ending just above my eye.
