I'm pretty sure if you buy dark cherry red matte lipstick from any brand, & buy a lip liner that is one shades darker than the lipstick, then you can achieve this look :)

Vivian, thank you. Likewise.<3 Mickie, I think it depends on how much deeper you want the edges to look. For women who are a little hesitant, they don't have to line their lips with a dark lipliner, and for the risk takers, I think the plum lipliner will please them:)
