Baby lips, when I was little I would always bite my lips so they got really dry and chapped. But since I started using baby lips (for about four months) and my lips are super soft. You could also exfoliate your lips, I exfoliate mine with a toothbrush

Mission lip balmer is amazing! It's the only chapstick I use you can find it at the drug store :) it's not like a very thin consistency like baby lips you can tell it's on your lips and it's minty too! Also Lush lip scrubs work wonderfully I highly suggest them!

Well I'm in band and my director(he's EXTREMELY nerdy) told us that all those lip balms in tubes and stuff contain something actually kills the nerves in your lips that's why when you put it on it feels better bc it numbs your lips and killing the nerves so he told us the best thing for you lips would be plain vaseline or blistex the kind in a container not the tube kind
