Well I used to have eczema and it was very unappealing. Try going to a dermatologist and ask for steroidal cream. It works like magic. They get smaller and smaller day by day and eventually there gone. Add some honey on them too to reduce volume.
Good luck and follow me if you thought my advice was good

I use hydrocortizone, it gets rid of all the eczema but you'd have to apply it every night before you go to sleep.

I've got awful eczema too on my hands, body and sometimes hands. I like to use Argan oil by Josie maran on my face and as a spot treatment on eczema patches, it's great because it super moisturizing and relieves itching, redness and it isn't scented so there's no irritation. Stay away from heavily scented products, aveeno cream is great and so is cortisone.

I get it on my hands quite badly. I only started noticing a difference (after spending a ridiculous amount of ££ on over the counter, shelf, prescription creams...) when I started to take an antihistamine every night. I suffer quite badly with allergies and it really helped to calm it down. Now I just grab a bit of Nivea to stop them being so dry. :)

P.s. yeah they look completely disgusting on the before photos.

Patience is key!

I have super bad eczema on my hands and legs. My skin on my hands cracks and bleeds and it looks terrible but I went to my dermatologist and he prescribed me some steroid cream and told me to use tons of lotion after washing my hands. It helped a lot :)

My sister used to have eczema all over her body and she tried a ton of products but the one that god rid of it was the avene emolient cream, it's a bit pricey but it works great.

I have to use a prescription ointment called fluocinonide. I get eczema on my ankles and shins, and it clears it up within a few days.

I have eczema and it develops on my feet. I use Aveno (spelling?) for babies. You can find it in the baby section at a Walmart or anywhere

First aid beauty! They have a cream and then a concentrated version. One of the only FDA approved creams available not Orr the counter! They contain oatmeal kernel extract that really help with the dryness and relieve itching! Absolutely amazing.
