Make a scrub with sugar and coconut oil. It works well and it smells good! I do this before going to bed and I wear Burt's Bees pomegranate lip balm overnight.

Bubblegum lip scrub from Lush or make your own by mixing auger and olive oil, scrub them every night and use any kind of lip balm though out the day and of course before bed. And drink lots of water. Hope this helped

Kelly is spot on. coconut oil is magic and sugar will exfoliate nicely.

Dry peeling lips are a sign of dehydration. Drink more water :)

Absolutely. I had extremely dry lips, and I tried quadrupling my water intake. Completely sorted itself out.

Some lip balms have cicylic (something like that) acid which makes lips peel more so you use more lip balm! Don't be fooled. Look at the ingredients on your balms. I really like Dr.Harris and Co's lip balm and Lucas' paw paw lip balm is magic.

Try a lip scrub by mixing honey and sugar then apply to lip. Don't try licking you lips and put some Vaseline on them. Bring a little Chapstick to school and a apply between classes.
Good luck&follow me

Don't use Chapstick - it has ingredients that make you continue to need to apply it! Exfoliating your lips (Fresh Lip Scrub) then moisturizing (Laura Mercier Lip Silk) as well as drinking lots of water are key to smooth healthy lips!
