Hi everyone! So, I've heard that certain foods can go in your hair to make it moisturized and give it the protein that it needs. To tell you the truth I've tried the eggs, mayo, and castor oil mixture. I was wondering if anyone knows any other food products that would be good for your hair. This is probably a weird question but I'd appreciate answers! Thanks!!

^coconut oil is my miracle product, you can use it as a hair mask or (in small amounts) a leave in conditioner. it makes your hair (and skin!) sooo soft. apple cider vinegar restores the hair's natural ph level and also gives a little bit of volume :)

Marese! I mix coconut oil with cinnamon. But you have to wash your hair out a couple times if you want to get all the cinnamon out. But it makes my hair smell awesomeeee! :)
