Maybe cuz that part is more wet? Happens to me to, I just reapply lol.

Hi rose -put foundation on over lips too then apply lipstick dust translucent powder over tissue on top.colour in with lipliner before lipstick if still don't work.or try lipstain :) goodluck.

Happens to me all the time as well! It's not as noticeable with a light color. When I wear a darker color, I apply and then blot a little and apply again. :)

Are you putting lip liner all over your lips or just the outer part? I put it on my whole lip to avoid this happening if the lipstick wears away. I would also recommend some lip primer like too faced lip insurance, it works really well for me!

I'll be sure to try those suggestions! And yeah, I try to use lipliner too, but even that won't stay. I use lip stains now but I want to learn how to use lipstick because they have so many more colors.

Try a lip exfoliator like the one from Lush, then perhaps a lip primer like Bryn N said :-)
