I heard that if you get non-toxic glue and put a light layer over the blackheads and let it dry, then peel it off and it should remove the blackheads.

Also, cleanse and moisturize your skin everyday. Also use a scrub once or twice a week.

Ohh I know 1/4 cup of milk and some baking soda use it as a scrub trust me works a treat!

Facials shouldn't be painful! Having a good skin care routine will help, especially exfoliating and a mask but if your skin is sensitive you could try a organic muslin face cloth and massaging hemp oil in to the affected area
