Babylips isnt a lipstick...
For drugstore try Revlon Nude Attitude, or high end try MAC Fleshpot or Myth. If you want to moisturize your lips use Carmex and let it sit on your lips and dry then apply lipstick. Hope I helped.

For the chapped part, start with boots no 7. Protect and perfect lip balm, and use revlon nude attitude for a lipstick. It's how I do my daily nude lip :) the boots lip stuff is incredible.
