So I used to have really curly hair but due to loads if hair dye as I've been every colour you can think of as well as straightening it was too much!!
So has anyone got any good suggestions for ways to get my natural curls back weather it's a product or a natural remedy?

Do not use any heat on your hair, no blow-drying, straightening, or curling, or using hot rollers. Try to French braid your hair when it's wet, or damp, and then let it dry, this will somewhat enhance wimpy or frizzy curls. Don't use professional shampoos, conditioners, etc., the chemicals are way too strong. Stick to dove products, you'll see your natural curls coming back in about a month and a half minimum!

Same thing happed with my waves. To get your hair as natural as possible skip blow drying a even skip towel drying. (Just this will make huge difference) I used lightweight hair products. (BED HEAD is my favorite) I also fell in love with the Neutragena deep hair mask. Being and eating healthy helps your hair ALOT. DRINK WATER AND ONLY WASH YOUR HAIR EVERY OTHER DAY!! Most important!! After a few washes my hair was natural looking, shiner, and my split ends were GONE!

Try using the L'Oreal Sulfate Free Curling Shampoo and Conditioner:) I have thick curly/wavy hair and it literally changed the texture of my hair. its so soft and its hardly every frizzy anymore:) they also have a full range of styling products which are alcohol free-best of all they are affordable and can literally be found almost anywhere. ALSO try to not use heat products but if I do I use CHI heat protecting spray, I sleep with me hair braided at night and I use a silk pillowcase(which helps to reduce frizz and fall out! Hope I helped, Good Luck from one curly girl to another xxo.

Conditioner only washing, no sulfates, no heat or just a little, no dying it, finger combing when needed, and deep conditioning once a week. I really recommend the curly girl method 😊

Thank you 😊 its finger combed in that pic so it is curlier lol bit I hope it works for you! I also recommend scrunching your hair with conditioner after washing and leaving it in. Curly hair is naturally dry so it needs a lot of moisture and conditioner helps with that!
