Coastal Scents. I googled it a few days ago and they are essentially the same thing, but most sites said CS as it has less fallout.

Oh, and I have the CS 252 palette so I can personally say its really pigmented. I haven't used BH though.

I've heard you can get the exact same mass produced pallette on eBay for 16? But I haven't tried any of them so I can't say.

I have bh and also the no brand from eBay and they are the same quality just with out a brand staped on them...ya I paid $30 bucks for my first bh pallet a while ago which I thought was a great deal since I only use to buy Mac products...but when I seen the pallets on eBay I was like what only $5-$15 hell yes...super cheap.
