Next time, try making the blue eyeshadow less top-heavy. Bring it a little above the crease of the eyelid, and add a white eyeshadow below the brow and in the corner of your eye. Blend the excess away. I saw this in a tutorial once, and it looks great. :)

I don't like the lips, but maybe have the eyes blue like that near the eyelashes and sorta fade as you go up to the brow.

Add a darker shade of blue or dark brown on the crease and blend it in. apply mascara and make the eyeliner a little thicker.add black kohl pencil on waterline... and use a lil bit white or creamy shade on you brow bone it will look gowjus. what you did kind of looks heavy but its nice :)

The eye makeup has no shape/: and blue lips, well they definitely look out there, but if you like it don't mind what people think
