Take biotin. It's a daily pill that helps your nails and hair grow. You can get it at cvs! But mostly just getting regular trims and taking good care of you hair will help the most. If you don't trim your hair every 6 weeks it won't grow, the ends will just keep breaking off

Oilss... almond oil drops non sticky... coconut oil...castor oil..olive oil.. mix all of it up..warm it up on a stove or rub it in your hand to warm it and apply to roots and ends of hair x

I do this and I have no split ends and I keep growing hair on my front forhead.. ps I clipped my bangs up so you can see the baby hair.
