Does anyone know the best way to remove gel nails without going to the salon?

This may sound painful but I usually soak mine in salon grade acetone or regular nail polish remover and break the tip and get a credit card or any kind of card and scrape it off it might sound crazy but it works!

I recommend using the foil method. Soak a cotton ball in acetone, place on your nail and wrap with tin foil to secure the cotton ball in place. Let this sit for AT LEAST five minutes, although I would go for a full 10. This should remove some and soften all of the polish enough to remove it easily with an orange stick or buffing block. They'll use the same (or harsher) method at the salon which will definitely cost you more time and $$$. Hope this helps, good luck!
