I want my hair to be healthy and grow a few inches it used to be long but I cut it off because of dead ends is there anything that I can use so my hair will grow and be soft and shiny?

Ok. So my hair grows really fast, so I don't exactly know what your talking about, but you can definitely. keep it healthy with a really good shampoo, like the keratin stuff, and a good deep conditioner too. Trust me, I know I'm young, but I've bleached, dyed, and straightened my hair so much! I straighten my hair, everyday, and I just use suave keratin stuff. Lol. That was confusing wasn't it? Sorry. Hope this helps!

When growing out your hair you definitely want it to stay healthy, especially after a fresh cut. I would recommend not using heat on your hair a lot that will help it to be soft and shiny. Moroccan oil has done miracles for my hair as well as the Macadamia hair products line. Hope this helped!

The it's the 10 works great! It's a little on the pricy side but totally worth it. Moisturizes ends and makes hair look less dry. You could also try a split end serum. It doesn't totally mend split ends but helps them from coming back. Also if you're going for that beachy wave look, I would definitely recommend mousse. My favorite is the tousle me softly by herbal essences. Have you figured out what is making your hair so dry? Do you use heat or dye it often?

If you straighten it or curl it then that will kill it immediately! That's such a no no!

I cut my hair maybe once a year to year and a half. I blowdry my hair and straighten every day at 360-380 degree heat, I use the hardest hold hair spray. I brush through it at the end of the day and when I go in and get my hair cut they only have to remove about 2 inches. that's it. my routine: shampoo, anything not drying, I find suave products for me to be VERY drying. rinse shampoo out then a conditioner after squeezing out water from your hair, once applied let sit for 1 min, then using a wet comb only, comb thru your hair distributing the conditioner everywhere. let sit another minute. when you get out to dry DO NOT rub your hair with the towel, this breaks the hair shafts. just simply place it in a towel and twist it up for about 10 to 15. this soaks up a lot of water therefore limiting hair drying time. then remove the towel, use a spray in leave in conditioner and also a heat protectant and comb again with wet comb only and blow dry. that's it. my hair is super shiny, super soft and is in great shape. hope this helps. oh, the loreal total 5 repair line is AMAZING! your hair won't grow any faster than it already does but this limits amounts of hair lost at trims/cuts. oh, I color and bleach too.

My hair is dry because I literally take a shower two times a day so I feel like my hair is just drying out from my shampoos and styling products.

The total 5 repair line has a repairing shampoo, repairing conditioner, a repairing balm and a repairing serum. I got a sample in the mail for all 4 and I swear my hair never felt so soft and smooth, nor looked so shiny and smooth. you could try them.

If you cut back on showering everyday that should definitely help. Hair should actually be washed every 2-3 days because if you wash it everyday you're stripping it of its natural oils. This causes the scalp to actually produce more oil causing that greasy, oily look to hair. If I were you I would cut back on the excessive showering, as well as the products because all you're doing is overworking your hair.

You don't have to wash your hair every time you shower either. Just put on a shower cap. :-)

Argon oil is fab! I use it before I blow dry and after to tame any unruly flyaway hair to smooth it. Only use a little bit as it goes a long way. When my hair is in a pony I put some on the ends :) I use the lowest heat on my dryer. Hope that helps x

Make sure you cut it once about every two months do get your dead ends off. Ask your hair dresser what would be best for your hair.
