I love neutral pallets I have just bought several from a brand called MUA if your in the UK from super drug if not they have a website... this palette was called undress me and another called undress me too they are identical to the naked pallets from urban decay except they cost 3 and 4 pounds instead of 30. I have been so so impressed with these they stay on better than a lot of the high end brands I have tried and it doesn't crease which is always good :) this is what I suggest if you are just starting out and don't want to break the bank xx
