How should I do my hair & makeup for a concert?

I have a dance concert/fundraiser thing next weekend. Below is the dress I'll be wearing...so how should I do my hair and makeup? I have long, dark brown hair and fair skin.
It's a lyrical duet that's basically about how everyone has a dark side. I don't know whether to do a dramatic look to go with the dress, or something lighter to balance it out.

Maybe try doing a fish tale platt , make it messy, the messy look goes well.

You should have really curly curls. And maybe a smoky eye and pink or red lips for a pop of color.

I would curl your hair and put it in a messy updo. For makeup I would do a dramatic smokey eye and simple stage makeup for the rest with maybe a deep red lip.

Beach wave your hair and put on light blue ish make up with a dark blue dress and white heels.

Tight curls in a messy updo. Then do really dramatic eyeliner winged out. Make a smokey eye but incorporate maybe a purplish color in it. Then I would do a dark purple -ish pink lip. Have fun!
