Hey I'm Hannah! I don't know what to do with my hair or makeup. So here's a pic of me without makeup and my hair plain old...so any tips or suggestions.

Love your hair and you're so pretty without makeup :)
But if you really want it I'd say stick to things like the naked palette with a smudged top black line and mascara :)

Curl your hair , it would look really good that way. & for make-up , if you wanna go simple just wear liquid + power foundation , apply mascara , use an eyebrow pencil just to make the brows look fuller , and apply a lip stain or gloss , or both! :)

Thanks guys :) I tried to fill in my eyebrows...let's just say pratice is needed :)!
