I have herd of using baby shampoo on your hair,every night to make it healthier!what do you think!!:)

I tried the baby shampoo method for a while, around 7 or 8 years ago. I used Burt's Bees baby shampoo. The reason it supposedly works is because baby shampoo is much gentler and it doesn't contain harsh ingredients, but I don't remember noticing much of a difference in my hair's health. There are other all-natural, gentle shampoos you can use that are made specifically for your hair type, such as Nature's Gate shampoos. I'm not saying baby shampoo won't work for you, though. It won't hurt to try!

It smells good and it's tear free! I really like it. It's not to expensive either.
