See I had long hair and I cut some off, but now I really want that long hair back. I've heard castor oil works... Opinions? Ideas?

Well scalp massages help so just massage your scalp before bed or something. Take a shower every other day If you can because the oils help your hair grow faster. Avoid heat it damages your hair and makes it grow slower. Brush your hair with boar hair brushes they help your hair be healthier. Do hair masks. Type in hair masks to revive hair or healthily hair masks. It'll help keep your hair healthier. Main thing is patience. Also I heard main and take works really good, but it's really expense! But it's big big containers and works well.
