I like using a moisturiser, followed by a radiance primer, Laura Mercier do one but I'm sure other brands sell them too. I then put on concealer as I prefer doing it first, although you can apply it after foundation if you like (I just find if I use concealer first it blends in well with my foundation). I then use a foundation of my choice, not a matte finish though. YSL Le Teint Touché Éclat is good, although I'm sure there's other drug store dupes. Then if you want to avoid the oily look, just apply powder to your t-zone or where you usually get oily. Avoid using too much powder though, otherwise the overall look will become quite matte. Also, stick to cream products (cream blush and Bronzer). Hope this helps :)
