The best thing to do is to look at makeup tutorials. But I typically go for a matte cream eyeshadow and a simple winged eyeliner. I pair it with a red lip, typically with a blue undertone. Hair is all dependent on what you're comfortable with.

You need to have a flawless base, so a good foundation and concealer would be needed! Bold eyeliner and red lipstick too :)

Pretty much what Choe said a nice bold eyeliner and red lipstick and mascara for the hair put it in a bun and for the bow you can use anything thats a cloth and tie it in a bow or a red bandana.. iwear badanas and tie it so its a lil bow but iloveeee this look.

What everyone said. Matte cream shade on the lid, matte medium brown in the crease & bold wing liner & definitely heavy on the mascara or lashes. Matte blue toned red lipstick.
