Maybelline bb cream that's what I used last summer and the only thing that would not melt off my face.

Just don't apply as much cus heat will make it look cakey. I prefer using a moisturizer with SPF then applying foundation.

I live in arkansas. I know what you mean. If you like to keep wearing your full coverage foundation during the summer my foolproof method is a good silicon based primer with a silicon foundation. They will later well together, and be the most sweat proof and humid proof combination without running or coming off on stuff.
I like Smashbox primers and Estée Lauder double wear foundation.

If you want a lot of coverage stick to a foundation. One I always recommend is revlon's colorstay foundation for oily/combo skin. Apply a primer before your foundation then set your foundation with a loose or pressed powder whichever your preference is. You can also carry around blotting sheets to remove the excess oil so in the heat you don't feel like you are packing your face with more powder throughout the day.

Revlon Colorstay has amazing coverage and crazy staying power, you can even go swimming and it won't come off. I don't recommend Fit Me if you're looking for long lasting and have oily skin.
