Don't start messing with them unless you know what you're doing!! You could open up a whole new can of worms doing that... I have similar problems with whiteheads and 'popping' them (or at the very least trying to) has left me with a scarred and irritated complexion. I've been using the asprin mask JUST on my problem areas and that seems to have helped. But I do have super sensitive skin, so a pharmacy-store bought exfoliatior may do the trick for you :)

I am also having the same problem, I also the tool dt Heather mention but babes I have used it , it take out some of them, but they keep on coming back n leaves bad mark. its irritating at times.

You need some pure honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix it together and leave it on your face for 30 minutes. Wash it off. It's natural and does the trick. It can't hurt your skin. Plus it's naturally moisturizing. Use this mask until you get the acne under control. The honey is antibacterial so it will kill the bacteria that causes the acne in the first place. Good luck. And if you have problems with scaring use lemon juice.
