This might sound crazy but if that's wet and wild there's actually instructions at the back. Mine says definer instead of accent as I got it a couple of years back. The brand is called wet n' wild and is actually a sister company of MAC cosmetics.

I think its the color you would put to deepen the outher V and also sumdge on you lower lash line..well thats what I would do :/
