I think by accent they just mean the outer crease like the outer v of your eye.

An accent is just a color that goes with the set that you can place anywhere to add a little oomph. You could try on the lower lash line, the outer v of your crease, inner eye corner, or mid lid :)

Accent is you crease and liner :) try it both ways. and single like just crease one day and as a liner the next.

@Tanya S. I found it randomly at Wal-Mart. it's called black radiance eye appeal for brown eyes. it also included a mascara. super simple packaging , simple black. it doesn't list the color names.

The accent is really just an option, notice how it is fairly dark, thats because some days you might want a light smokey eye or a bit more dramatic one, I would put the accent in the outer corner and blend in, the crease or right under the eye like an eyeliner :) Hope I helped!
