Oh that's simple! It depends on how high the UV rays are in the sun. I live in Australia so it only takes 10 minutes but I reckon for you 25 minutes each side? For two days a week.

It takes time to get that dark. Trust me. I stayed in the sun alllll day and got a tan but not close to how dark I wanted to be.

Flip every 20-30 mins and don't tan longer than 3 hours a day :) also use a low SPF sunscreen for safety!
