White eyeshadow on elbows would Not Help. I would recommend bio oil as a choice aswell I had dark knees from dryness and I've been putting it on faithfully for about three months and there back to normal. 3 times a day tho and you rub it until its absorbs into the skin. its like 10$ at a pharmacy. good luck!

Don't be nervous just mix sugar and honey for a homemade natural remedy. Repeat daily for best results to exfoliate area.
