This is embarrassing but I have no clue what to do! My hands sweat uncontrollably. One minute I'll have dry hands, the next minute the palms will be a sticky and wet. I find that if I take a second to breathe in and out, it helps the slightest bit, but I don't think the problem is me being nervous or anything. It's so embarrassing, especially during PE - we're doing a dancing unit and I don't want my partner to be disgusted by my hands. It's happening as I write this 😖😖 Does anyone have any tips or solutions?!?!?

PS I don't want to spend a lot of money (20$ max), if any. :)

Thanks!

I have the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's a genetic thing. It just happens for no reason. So if you find out the answer tell me!

I really really have no clue what you should do but I wouldn't t worry soooo much about hands that sweat mine do to but bye that sounds of if it yours are much much worse! Wear good gum shorts that are good for taking up sweat then whenever you get the time right wipe them on your pans!! I am going the same thing in gym so I know what your talking about! But you could try putting a nice light hand cream on right before you go out of the charge room!!  :)

You could cover your hands with chalk...but that would probably be more awkward than sweating lol.

I know there are deodorant based creams for your feet just buy one if those, there fair priced and use it on your hands, I've used products like this before and they were very helpful(:

Go to your doctor and asked to be prescribed for hypercare. I have hyperhydrosis so I have the same problem x28474 and it works 100% :)

Mine used to be like that too. And don't get me wrong when I'm nervous they can literally start dripping. But I mostly grew out of it after high school. I think it's bc I simply just stopped thinking about it so much. I got to the point where I would make a little joke out of it and move on. But there is a product you could try. It's called certain dri. I used to get it prescribed but now it's over the counter for like $5-$6. You put it on at bedtime. It won't wash off in the shower. The roll on applicator works the best. It's colorless and odorless. It truly is amaaaaazzzziiinnnngggg stuff. I really hope this helps you out. But you are NOT alone. This is more normal than you think ;-)

Embrace it. obviously you arent the only one. Give your partner a warning ahead of time. And you'll be fine.

It's a rare genetic thing, when your sweat glands on your hands and feet don't dry out properly, my best friend has this. And there's not much you can do about it, you can take medication but that's at the risk of harming other skin.

I know you don't want to spend money but you may want to go to a doctor and see if you have hyperhydrosis. If you do you can go to a dermatologist and get Botox on your hands.

There's no need to be embarrassed. In fact many women struggle with the same problem. Just drink more fluids and purchase a frog tog at a local sports authority or other sports stores. It will absorb the sweat.
