HELP! OCC Concealer!

Hi everyone, so, I was so excited to pick up OCC's concealer, but I've found it to be very difficult for me to work with. It's a lot drier than concealers I'm used to, and I really, REALLY want to love it. Anyone have any good tips on using it?
I've tried applying with my fingers, a damn sponge, a dry sponge, and a brush. I just can't seem to get the texture to match my skin's texture!

Try mixing a little with your eye cream to get it to move a little and to hydrate.

Well, I just can't seem to make this concealer work for my under eye area. It's great for concealing other areas on my face, but I don't conceal my face daily, just my under eye!
Worth keeping for those few and far between moments when I do need to conceal other areas on my face?
