Anyone know any good ways to whiten my teeth at home? I was going to get strips but a lot of people told me they don't work. I'm always up for home made remedies (if thats the right word!). I drink a lot of tea lately and I don't want to stop but I want white teeth again.

Try the Colgate Optic White toothpaste! It has hydrogen peroxide in it

Use baking soda with your toothpaste and use crest whitining strips. they won a beauty award, I don't remember which magazine it was in though.

I think the peroxide I used was 5vol? and you just use even amounts of the baking soda and peroxide. I also mixed toothpaste in with mine.

Stripes are stupid I bought like 1O different brands of stripes they don't work at all._.
You use one part hydrogen peroxide, and two parts baking soda (once a week)

I sprinkle baking soda on my toothbrush (on top of toothpaste) brush my teeth, rinse it out good then rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide for a minute or 2. Done this for a month and my teeth are soooo much whiter, I'm a coffee addict and wow did it work

Defo not. Its only light. And honestly it has made my teeth way stronger than before. Baking soda is bad for teeth. I was usin it before and had pieces falling out of my teeth:(
