I went to the hair dressers, and I asked for layers and side bangs. She started to cut my hair, and I said not above the shoulders. What does she do? Cuts my hair above my shoulders and doesn't give me side bangs. SO I had to cut them myself... Do you guys think I did a good job? btw I was studying so I don't have any makeup on.

I understand your frustration.The framing ,you tke the shears or scissors n cut downwards like down of those bangs.Maybe look it up on YouTube cuz it's hard for me to explain it.Its nt hard to do but look it up.
