Hello my beauties,
first of all I want to say I love & adore my followers. You guys are so brilliant, confident, & beautiful. Second, what's with all the negative comments on here? Every time someone posts a picture of a beautiful girl with gorgeous make-up on, a group of girls sit around and say "it's photoshopped" "she had her nose, and lips done" Ok, first of all, if you do not like the post, don't comment on it. You're entitled to your own opinion but don't turn a positive post into a toxic pot hole. All this hate is not good for the world. Relax. If you don't have anything nice to say, please do not say it at all. Beautylish is all about spreading your knowledge, positivity, loving ourselves and admiring all types of beauty. I've had a procedure done, but does that take away from my beauty? does that make me "fake"? hell no. I embrace my beauty and I do not have to give an explanation to anyone about my procedure. Thank you & have a great day.

It just gets so annoying when you see a nice positive post and everyone is getting along and respecting each other and then all of a sudden girls and women blast each other on here and create such a toxic environment. It's ridiculous. No one is going to care about your negative crap. Just keep it to yourself.

Oh I see:) Actually I really don't care if the whole world knows. I had rhinoplasty. I broke my nose 5 times playing sports. I broke it so badly which led to migraines and I could not breathe at all. I didn't want my nose to look too small for my face. I would look like an alien so I literally told my doctor to fix my breathing problem and keep my nose looking natural and nice for my face. Nothing crazy. lol :)

This is a great post. Thank you Mariam for bringing it up. I totally agree on you on the part that, this world is already dealing with a lot of negativity, why can't we atleast here be loving & nice to each other? Positivity won't kill you, in fact it it nurtures your soul & helps you to be a better person. & You do not have to give you attention to anything you don't like just let it be & ignore it. That would be much better than hating it. <3.

Mickie, I've seen a lot of those "Am I pretty?" posts. It's so sad how young girls are starving for attention when they should be focused on being a kid and enjoying their childhood. Girls are growing up way too fast nowadays. It's completely going out of hand.
@Lolli, wow!! that's so sad.. I can't believe how people bully each other through the internet. It's so horrible how people think they can get away with hurting someone's else's feelings. I would do the same. @Payel, I totally agree with you. With so many horrible things going on in the world, this is the one place that girls and women need to come together and empower each other to create a stronger world full of more independent, strong girls and women instead tearing each other down.

I think that comments under a recently-post photo of a girl with a perfect complexion were not meant to be negative toward the girl in the picture, but to remind the girl who posted it that no one in real life has skin that flawless--to accept herself as she is, not try to look like a magazine model. I didn't find the comments malicious because photoshopping/airbrushing is a fact of life in the beauty mag business!

Thank you my loves. Ladies are complete beauties with a lot of brains. & Stasia, I understand what you mean because we cannot look like supermodels all day. But when a group of girls start leaving negative comments it looks very ugly. The reason why I say it, imagine if a girl in the pic who looked beautiful saw those negative comments about herself how would she feel. People need to use their brains more and control what comes out of their mouth.

My point is, girls and women rather hate on each other to boost their self-esteem rather than empower each other. We as women need to be role models for all these young girls. Some girls and women focus so much on the negative energy around them that they don't even realize it that they are being sucked in this ugly hole. We have one life, lets make the best of it. Lets be there for each other. No one is going to be upset with you if you are nice to someone. Preach love and silence hate and negativity.

@Rose I agree with you darling. @Stasia, that is not the point. I'm pretty sure people can figure out if a photo is edited or not. People have the tendency to bash each other out instead of being nice to people. People need to have some respect and control what comes out of their mouths and what they type on this website. It is not that hard to keep all that to have self-control. Just because it is over the internet people feel like they can say whatever because they won't be confronted in person.
