Has anyone got any tips, on growing hair. like vitamins etc, I have heard horse shampoo is good but not sure how trie this is. I'm from the uk thanks xx

Thank you, soo you would prefere to use argan oil instead of coconut oil or would it not really matter? x

And do you wash it out I take it? And can you put it in dry hair on the ends x
