Why does my nails sludge even when after 15 minutes??

Nails take almost 2 hours to dry completely, so there's always a risk of them smudging or denting in this time. cold baths can sometimes just set the very top layer of the polish whilst leaving the under layer tacky, try using a quick setting polish or something like fast drying drops which will set all layers at the same time. x

Maybe your layering them too thick?? I always have the same problem too :)
