Umm try wearing the same makeup as what she's wearing like a pink pastel lipstick colour for the lips and lots of mascara and eyeliner with the eyes, it looks as if she curled her hair in this pic so if you don't have curly hair then maybe curl your hair

Well 4 her hair I'm guessing she did the blowout look. try using volumizing mousse and blowdry your hair with your brush facing up. for her eye makeup, try cateye eyeliner and then put on falsies. for her skin, try foundation then use a rose red blush and go from the cheek bone to the side of the face. for her lips try a hot pink lipstick and lip liner. for her nails try acrilic black. hope I helped :)
