So tomorrow afternoon I have an interview at Sam's Club. It's kinda like Wal-Mart, but they sell everything in industrial size/bulk. I'm 18 and this is my first interview. So I have no idea what to wear! I'm a little nervous so having the right outfit will give me some confidence!

Be comfortable. Dress nice but not too formal and not to casual :)

That would be perfect I mean its not an office job you shouldn't try and be too formal. Good luck!!

I don't know what your hair looks like but I don't see anything wrong with wearing it up. Don't worry about it I'm sure everything will be fine and you'll get the job :)

We have a sam's club where I live so I know what youre talking about! I think that you should straighten your hair and leave it down. if you want to be dressed up, a sleek bun is the way to go. but if you want to be more on the casual side, I would wear black jeans and a flowy cute top. make sure youre prepared what to say and don't stutter! one last thing.. make sure your nails are done. thats one thing that employers look for, to see if you pay attention to detail. you don't want chipped nails when youre trying to impress! good luck!(:

Nice, clean and NEAT clothes that overall make you look capable and professional will always make a great first impression! Even if you go with casual black jeans and a cute top, make sure they're clean, ironed and holeless.

I agree, never jeans no matter if they are black, blue, or what have you. Wear slacks or khakis, a conservative top, and sedate makeup. You don't want anything to be a distraction; no bright lipstick or dramatic eye shadow/liner, no exposed cleavage/midriff/tattoos if you can cover them, and NO DENIM. It goes without saying that all parts of your appearance should be clean, presentable, and professional. Also be aware that your perfume should be only very lightly applied or skipped altogether, you never know if your interviewer may have sensitivities (or has any prior associations to that particular smell--my manager once said that he interviewed a woman who wore the same perfume as his ex-wife and it just stuck out during the interview). Good luck!

Thank you to every person. Your advice really helped me. I'm glad I listened to your opinion! When I showed up, there was another girl there in blue jeans and converse sneakers.. I felt much more confident and professional! :)
