So I don't have acne or any blemishes and I don't wear any makeup. How often do I need to wash my face? What kind of face wash would I need- scrub, cream? What do you recommend?

Even if you don't use make up or have blemishes, you should wash your face everyday. You don't need to wash it with a cleanser everyday, but oils do build up throughout the day so you should wash it everyday. Maybe every 2 days you can use a cleanser and the other days you can just use a towel soak it with water and drain it out. Any face wash is fine.

This is my face routine: use a gel cleanser in the morning, toner then moisturize. at night I remove any make up with a wipe then use the same gel cleanser, I use sorbolene lotion as a night cream. I usually exfoliate once or twice a week depending ob how my skin feels. I use all simple products too as they contain natural ingredients and suit my sensitive skin. it might take you some time to find what products work for you personally.

It doesn't matter if you wear makeup or not, you need to wash your face twice a day, every single day. In the morning is to cleanse the oils that built up on your face overnight. At night is to remove all of the dirt and oild that built up during the day. itKs important to use a toner after washing to balance your skins ph. and to remove the remaining cleanser and to prep your skin for moisture. After cleanser and toner you need moisturizer no matter what your skin type is.
