I don't care for facial piercings because everyone I have known who has them have been not so great people. In my mind they are associated with impulsiveness and immaturity, but I'm sure that isn't typical of everyone with piercings. It's a difficult association to look past though, without getting to know someone. :/ I don't like the appearance of them anyway, just personal preference.

Beth that is what makes you a beautiful person. Unique quirky sounds like it is you. As long as your comfortable with yourself and happy who really cares what others may think. I am 37. I have a nose piercing. Some may say I should take it out. To be honest I simply do not care. I love it. And I actually never ask for anyone's opinion about it because whether its my nose piercing a tattoo or whatever. It's my decision to live with not theirs. I am a professional makeup artist so my job also is creative and allows me to express myself however it may be. If I was a banker it might be different because of their guidelines. I am ok with that. Enjoy life. You are young...shine who you are. :)

You sound like such a doll! I have a similar personality. I would love to dye my hair lavender, get my belly button pierced, get my nose pierced, and get a couple tattoos that mean something to me. I am a Christian and I have learned not to let others words put me down or make me think twice anout myself. I'm 15 and plan on opening myself up to doing the things I want. I don't get how age has anything to do with it as many people mention. You can be 20, 40 or 60 and rock this. Just hold your head up and walk with pride in you style/look.

Jenna, I can already tell you are a person who I would not get along with. You are one of those people who are close-minded and stereotypical. My lip ring, does not affect my ability to be a mother. My lip ring, does not change how much I love or devote myself to my kids. My lip ring doesn't SAY anything or make me ANYTHING.

I don't live my life to someone elses standards. If I wanna wear rainbow eyeshadow up to my forehead, I will. If I want to pierce every part of my body, I will.. I do those things because I like them and I am VERY classy ;) I'm a class act.. get on board!

Personally I think any piercing except ear, stomach,or nose are piercings are gross. I'm sorry but the ones in your face and stuff is just nasty but if it makes you happy to for it.
