Wash your hair every other or every 2 days. Find a shampoo/ conditioner that's sulfate free- you can get recommendations from your hair dresser.

I use ag hair cosmetics fast food leave in and Moroccain oil, makes an amazing difference.. My hair is always super soft with it! I also only wash my hair every 2-3 days.. The oils your body produces is healthier than washing them away every day which will lead to more dry, brittle hair.

@Hanna L. Noooo don't say that lol washing your hair a lot is really bad for it.
@Evie K. Try to wash it as little as possible. Start by going 1 extra day and gradually try to do it less as it gets used to it. I've got to the point now where I can go about 5 days, sometimes more, and my hair is so much healthier. If you have it dyed try going from permanent to quasi and I agree Moroccan oil is amazing but the main ingredient is dimethicone so it won't actually make your hair more healthy, it just coats it to make it appear more healthy. It works for me to at least make it appear healthy but sometimes people can experience a build up if they put a lot of dimethicone on their hair. You should try it though. I normally try to wash my hair at night so that it's dry by morning as well and then just straighten it in the morning to save blow drying it as well.x

I have very dry hair due to constant straightening and colouring. I wash my hair every other day with the Redken shampoo for colour and conditioner. And finish of with hair serum. One a week deep condition your hair with a mask, I usually just leave it on for 10 minutes or so.
Another thing, always let your hair dry before going to bed. The worst hair days I've had was because I didn't allow it to dry completely. Woke up looking like a frizz head. :P
