I have the primer and it helps your makeup stay on for a good while but it dosent really work to control oil so I would ratw it out of 5 a 4

Hair serum goes a long way. if your hair is curly and dry use little at a time and avoid roots. if your hair is fine, use a pea size at a time on roots first bc it can be too oily.
