Preferably drugstore! I've been on the hunt for a pigmented black eyeliner but I just can't seem to find one! I've tried the Maybelline Line Stillleto and its so watery and its barely pigmented. I was solo disappointed :( I can't go a day w/o doing a nice cat eye. Help!!

Jordana fabuliner! $1.99 at walgreens and it is THE BEST! its the felt tip pen style and it doesn't dry out on me at all and creates a pigmented line! comes in black or brown.

I would recommend the NYC liquid liner and the wet and wild one (not the waterproof kind) because it is EXTREMELY black and they are very similar. They are a tad watery but they stay put and are very cheap and removing is fairly easy. The tip is flimsy if you like felt tip I suggest going with the revlon color stay. All three are 5$ or less good luck!
